Alpha Omega Christian Academy is providing options for educational excellence to students in Bay Springs, Ms and surrounding communities. Alpha Omega Christian Academy is sponsored by First Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ, Bay Springs, Ms, the Academy utilizes the church buildings and facilities for serving grades K4-12.

             Admission & Tuition

  Admission to AOCA requires written application which is reviewed by the AOCA Administration and Board of Directors, and must meet at least the following criteria (other factors may be considered as well): Current immunization status.

 K4-1st grade must reach age of admission by September 1.

  No significant disciplinary issues, tobacco/drug/alcohol use, or other illegal activity.

 Tuition and fees:  Annual curriculum fee $350.00 per student.

 Monthly tuition: One student $200, Two students $350.00.

                     Curriculum

 Students in grades K4-6 benefit from the widely-used curriculum, Accelerated Christian Education (ACE), which utilizes a proven method of individualized instruction and requires content mastery at the level of 80% or above before progressing to the next concept in the subject area.  ACE is a self-paced instructional format using workbook-style PACE's with staff support.  Grades 7-12 access Alpha Omega Publications Ignitia curriculum online in the classroom setting. Ignitia, designed exclusively for Christian schools, includes text-based lessons, assignments, quizzes, and tests that engage students while they learn.  Optional external web links, interactive learning games, audio and video clips, and off-computer assignments help students develop te skills necessary for academic success in a media-rich enviroment.
